Tasting Notes (Recomendado):It's not just Beaujolais that produces fine Gamays. Prince des Gravières's ruby-coloured, medium-bodied wine has an enticing bouquet with an intense aroma of berries (red currant, blackberry) and banana notes. The tannins, which are quite delicate do not hide the aromatic flavour of this wine. Best enjoyed with green salads, rice salads, and fabulous with cold roast chicken.
