Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Pale wine with greenish reflections, made with the Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc variety. With the purpose of to extract the maximum of aroma to the variety, we macerated during hours in cold and once debourbaged, must ferments to a temperature of 16ºC. Varietal frank aromas with floral notes. Fresh and ample in mouth with elegant and persistent end. We recommend to serve it cold, between 6º C and fished 8º Cs and accompanying, seafood, etc.
