Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Red wine made from a selection from our vineyards of the varieties monastrell and cabernet. The grape harvest is done by hand and it is elaborated with one long compatible maceration to extract all the polyphenolic potential. After aged for one year in new barrels of American oak, it is clarify with egg albumen and it is bottled, remaining not less than 6 months in our diggings before leaving to the market. Of intense and shining ruby color, it presents a complex aroma of mature fruit with spices notes. In mouth he is ample, flavorful and full of shades with a final persistent length . We recommend to serve it enters 16 and 18ºC with rice, meats and cheeses.
