Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Monovarietal wine unique from very old vineyards standing up direct and in dry land of Monastrell, variety reigns of our Mediterranean surroundings. In this wine we looked for the fruit, reason why we made a maceration in cold of six days and soon we fermented to 22ºC in small deposits to maintain all the aromas varietal. We extract the maximum of color during the first days of fermentation. Its impeccable red color cherry with violet borders, foretells an intense aroma of mature fruit and aromatic grass that arises to the nose. Expressive and fleshy in mouth, it develops to a fresh end . We recommend to serve it around 14ºC.
