Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Pale wine with greenish reflections, made with the Moscastel and Sauvignon blanc varieties. With the purpose of to extract the maximum of aroma to the variety, we macerated during hours in cold and once debourbaged, must ferments to a temperature of 14ºC. Varietal frank aromas with floral notes and exotics fruits. Fresh and ample in mouth with elegant and persistent end. To be served cold, between 6º C and fished 8º Cs and accompanying, seafood, etc.
