Tasting Notes (recommended):This wine is aged in barrels, half of which are renewed annually, for 12 months. Racking is carried out every two months to clarify the wine naturally. Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:The grapes are fully de-stemmed and wine making follows traditional methods, while benefiting from modern temperature regulation techniques. Vatting is long (around 3 weeks) enabling as much substance to be extracted as possible from the grapes.
