Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Vivid colour with a purple-violet hue; expressive nose with red acidulated berry fruits (raspberry, redcurrent, blackcurrent), grilled bred and. In mouth, clean attack, rich balanced taste with red berries notes. Good length on the palate. Served at 12°C., this luscious wine is the ideal partner of all types of Mediterranean cuisine, but also grilled meat, poultry, grilled fish, salad, pizza and all the summer cooking.

Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:Direct pressure of the grapes. CO2 protection of the must. Cold settling (6°C) and low temperature fermentation (13 to 15°C). Maturation on the lees for a period of three months.
