The wine is dispending by pressurizing (with air) the space between in the inner bag and the PET container. While the outer container is designed to whitstand the resulting internal pressure, the odorless and tasteless inner bag effectively preserves freshness characteristicc of both still and sparkling wines for a long lasting use.
