Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Black fruit, spice. Touch of sweetness on front palate, big and weighty with intense fruit. Cedar smoke, grippy tannins and persistant acidity. Will gain in complexity with 1 to 5 years of bottle maturation. A serious wine to accompany fine cuisine. Good with red meat dishes, aged steak, stews, smoked meat and chicken. Metodo:Style: Premium quality. Full-bodied, oak-matured red wine. Vinification: Produced from the best fruit available each vintage - hand-selected grapes. Fermented in French oak barrels for 12 months. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the terroir to express their individual characteristics.
