A full-bodied, well-balanced wine in keeping with the true French Chardonnay tradition. Typical citrus / buttery aromas and flavours are enhanced by toasty notes derived from new French oak. Full, long, dry finish. Will gain in complexity with 1 to 3 years bottle maturation. A serious wine to accompany fine cuisine. Good shellfish, grilled fish, rich chicken dishes and creamy pastas. Harvesting done by hand. Yield 8 tons per hectare.
Style: Premium quality. Full-bodied, oak-matured white wine. Vinification: Produced from the best fruit available each vintage - hand-selected grapes. Fermented in new French oak barrels for 5 months. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the terroir to express their individual characteristics.
