Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:The grapes were harvested early in the morning at low temperaturas to preserve fruit characters. The fruit was destemmed and gentil pressed. The must was inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13 – 15ºC. The wine was fined and lightly filtered beforee bottling in September 2011.
