Tasting Notes (recommended):VINIFICATION: Selected grapes, 70% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha. 100% grape certified as "organic". The grapes were harvested in the first week of October, following a strict protocil of organic wine making, de-stemming of the buch, and macerating of the grapes juice with the skin at controlled temperature, making possible the extraction of all the bouquets which are typical of grapes. Sight: Intense purple-red color. Nose: It intensely reminds of ripe fruit. Taste: Great potential, very structured, well combined with wood, fruit is still present with a touch of acidity which makes it rather attractive when tasting.
