This wine has a strong red color, and great aroma intensity dominated by black fruits together with spices like clove and an animal fund. It is smooth, with velvety tannins.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Predominance of brown limestone soil and sandy-texture, except where the crust limestone is very superficial, high content of calcium carbonate. All these aspects contribute to the low production figures per vine (average of 1,5 kg), of our vineyards, which are old and mostly unirrigated. Located in the same situation than Merlot grapes at fife hundred meters high in sandy soils.
The climate is a mixture between continental winter and Mediterranean summer, which implies a big thermal difference, from -10ºc to over 35ºc. It is therefore, an area with very cold winters and very hot summers.
