Shows a cherry red color in the glass. This wine has a fruity and floral prevalence. It is an exquisite wine with velvety and equilibrated tannins, and a long and friendly finish.

Monastrell 60%, Syrah 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%

The plots are located in “Hoya Torres” located at the north of the town of Jumilla with an altitude close to seven hundred meters. The soil is brown-crusted limestone, with great permeability and rich in calcium carbonate with an organic remains close to 2%, this combination of climate and soil is ideal for this kind of grapes.

The climate is a mixture between continental winter and Mediterranean summer, which implies a big thermal difference, from -10ºc to over 35ºc. It is therefore, an area with very cold winters and very hot summers.

For this particular wine, the maceration is produced during fifteen days in order to obtain a wine suitable for the short ageing in barrels where the wine will stay for approximately four months. This process results in malolactic fermentation. The 300 liters barrels used are made up of both American and French oak. The wood ageing is followed by a period of bottle ageing.
