Ageing: 6-9 months in still tanks and 6 months in bottles Alcoholic content: 13,5% Color: Intense red cherry Bouquet: Scent of mature blackberry and raspberry, notes of spices Taste: Savoty, from the balanced tannins, persistent in mouth Servine temperature: 16-18 °C Combination: Elaborated meat disches, roast and stewed meats; recommended with cheese “Ragusano D.o.p.” matured 6 months
