Domaine de Beaurenard in Châteauneuf-du-Pape has been a family-run estate for 7 generations. A notorial act dated on 16th December 1695 mentions "Boisrenard" which over time has become Beaurenard. The Coulons brothers, Daniel and Frédéric, have taken over from Paul and Régine and are striving to sustain tradition. The estate covers 32 hectares (a little under 80 acres) of vineyard in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 25 hectares in Rasteau AOC area and 6 hectares of Côtes-du-Rhône. All Beaurenard's vineyards are cultivated both organically and biodynamically, exclusively harvested by hand, and with alliance of tradition and modern age giving birth to natural and high quality wines, regularly awarded by press and challenges from all across the world, feeding a prize list of more than 350 medals.
Trust in Tradition.
