The Millet Francois vineyard is one of the oldest of Sancerre.
Today, we operate an area of 21 hectares.
We make three types of products.
The Sancerre blanc from Domaine Millet, is very powerful with good balance between alcohol and acidity. We find typical aromas of sauvignon like pineapple, citrus and peach.
Pinot noir is the only grapevariety for Sancerre rouge and Sancerre rosé.
We make pinot noir without oak barrel. It's the characteric of the domaine Millet francois. So Sancerre rouge is mainly fruity, balanced and easy to drink with red meat or simply with some friends like "aperitif"

Nous avons su heriter du passé, et aujourd hui c'est avec un oeil respectueux de l'environnement que nous travaillons nos 21 hectares de vigne.
Sur des terroirs calcaire tout autour de bué, nous produisons des sancerre blancs riches et gras, avec des parfums exotiques et raffinés.
Nos sancerre rouge et rosé sont sur des argiles, avec un enherbement permanent. Ceci force la vigne a puiser au plus profond du sol ses minéraux pour obtenir des vins souples, élégants et puissants.
