The three Pelvillain brothers, Arnaud, Didier and Francis jointly run one of the beautiful houses in the Cahors area.
PELVILLAIN Frères combines a family-owned private winery GAEC de Circofoul, which includes Château de Cénac and Château du Port, and a Négociant house, Albas Distribution France Vin.
The vintner lineage of the family goes back to the 19th century. The various disasters suffered by the area never interrupted this occupation.
PELVILLAIN Frères has always maintained a very strict vineyard management, which follow the principles of the Lutte Contrôlée system (rational pest and weed control), and a strict limitation of the yield. The winery is fully equipped and has f important means of wine ageing in barrels. Its philosophy in matter of vinification is a full respect of tradition and yet committed to implementing the best winemaking techniques available
