Built in 1879 into an old family of 17 generations, the cellar of the “Domaine des Remparts” is situated in the small Burgundian village: Saint Bris le Vineux, proud of its cellars dated XIIth century.
During 120 years of existence (5 generations), our domain has developed while adapting new working technique to ancestral methods of the culture of vines. Nowadays, our domain aims to highlight and preserve a harmony between the taste, the characteristics of soils and grapes and the vinification while respecting the environment.
We currently cultivate 37 Ha of vines that produce 2000 hectolitres of wines (it accounts all our appellations of wines). We remain a family firm that manages all the production process up to the bottling in order to offer a high reliability of quality of our products.
