Domaine des Glaces orchard is located in St-Joseph-du-Lac, Québec. Tucked away atop a mountain between a maple grove and an orchard, Domaine des Glaces’ enchanting site will astonish you, in addition to its panoramic view of the valley and lake below.
Eager to offer products of the highest quality, Domaine des Glaces has partnered with Alain Choquette (a renowned Québec magician, motivator and TV host) to be its spokesperson to promote our apple ice wine: Magie de glace.Long-time friends Christian Samson, a Québécois of French origin, with a background in wine-making and Daniel Bourget, a local entrepreneur and former producer of natural cosmetics wished to pay homage to a lost friend. They decided to join forces and their combined knowledge to start the development process of a new apple ice wine, and so Domaine des Glaces began its operations in October 2002.
With the objective of producing a top-quality apple ice wine that would restore the notion of nobility to the common apple, Domaine des Glaces’ first offering was created: Magie de Glace.
