The Château Saint-Bénézet is a winery located close to NIMES,
in the south of France.
Its vineyard, made of 105 Hectares in production is established on
the most prestigious lands of the COSTIERES DE NIMES
appellation and VIN DE PAYS D’OC ».
According with the soil, the varieties are :
- Grenache , Shyraz, Cinsault
(for AOC costières de Nîmes)
- Merlot , Cabernet-Sauvignon, Vermentino et Grenache Blanc
(for Vins de Pays d’Oc)
The soil is composed by rolled siliceous pebbles called « gress »
All the Saint-Bénézet ’s vineyard follows the conditions of
contract reasoned culture « Terra Vitis » in order to respect the
ecosystem and to justify every act of the production
