Since 4 generations, the Domaine CAUVARD, familial property is situated at the heart of Beaune city very near the famous Hospices.
The property cultivated today 18 hectares on 5 villages and presents a wide range of climates of the Côte de Beaune : BEAUNE, POMMARD, VOLNAY, ALOXE CORTON and CHOREY LES BEAUNE.
Traditional methods still govern the vines culture, the vinification and the wines ageing but a modern and efficient material, new oenology ensure the quality and the constancy of their production.
