Le Château de la Haute Cassagne and Le Château de la Pinède are two domaines of 150 hectares, that belong to Christian Ajasse, a man who was born in a wine growers family.
We produce mainly AOC Costières de Nîmes
The vineyard located in Costières de Nîmes terroir since 1928. Assisted by his son Maxime, the vineyard is run by "mains de Maître". From these men, built of wine makers tradition, with ancestral savoir-faire, transmitted generations after generations. At each step of wine producing of our wines, a oenologist permanently ensure the constancy of quality for the whole of the production.

The vineyard is from pure mediterranean, southern full exposed, made of Rhone rolled pebbles (Gress).
Our ecological vineyard, is under TERRA VITIS control.
Each year, our average production is about 7000 hectoliters.
Syrah, grenache noir, carignan, mourvèdre, roussane, marsanne, viognier, grenache blanc and merlot are the noble type of vines of the vineyard.
