Direct Wines International is a subsidiary of Direct Wines Ltd, the world's leading direct mail wine merchant. A family-owned business, our trading identities include Laithwaites and The Sunday Times Wine Club. We sell to over 800,000 private customers within the UK, offering a huge range of quality wines from all wine-producing regions.
Our International arm works with Distributors, Importers, Wholesalers and Retailers around the world, fulfilling their wine requirements and offering a tailor-made service to suit their needs.
We buy direct from producers, focusing on the authentic, creating our own blends and labels and currently offer well over 1000 exclusive, award-winning, quality wines at all price levels.
We also have our own team of winemakers working on projects around the world, creating wines that our innovative, different and delicious.
We own two wine-producing Chateaux in Bordeaux, as well as a state of the art winery warehouse from which we can consolidate and ship. We also own an award-winning micro-winery in the Mclaren Vale in Australia specialising in characterful Shiraz wines.
