Currently, more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Italy, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Turkey, have confirmed their participation in Hotelex, where Taiwan and Ethiopia will be presenting a new joint pavilion. Hotelex will also have Italian representation through the group PROMOS - including the Italy Pizza Consortium, which will showcase world-famous Italian pizza and demonstrate pizza-making techniques onsite.
Visitors to Hotelex 2010 are strongly encouraged to stop by the food and beverage hall (Hall E3). With more than 100 exhibitors and over 15,000 m2 of displays, this show is considered one of Asia?s leading food and beverage events.
