Young white wine crop 2004-05, result of the controlled fermentation of the AIREN variety, with Origin Appellation and and controlled by technical and organoléctic controls in the election of the vineyards, lands and the wine-making process Its appearance is bright and crystalline; light yellow, with the floral and citric bouquet characteristic of the area. Its flavour is well-balanced and smooth with a pleasant acidity. Serving temperature: 10º-12º C. It goes very well with pasta, rices and all kind of fish and seafood.
