Tasting Notes:Organoleptic info: brilliant red colour, with a hint of cherry It is percibed fresh, with the presence of raspeberries, strawberries and delightful notes of mint. Intense in mouth, with delicate and fresh fruit flavours. In nose, it can also be percibed a delicate aroma of strawberry and sour cherry. It has good balance and great freshness. Pairing: Ideal as an aperiti, it is also an excellent complement of poultry, salads, oriental dishes, sauces of intense flavour, fish and sea food. Serving Temperature: 8º C
