Produced with selected grapes of the Airén variety. Using the most advanced wine techniques, fermentation is interrupted, retaining a certain proportion of the natural grape sugars. These sugars, in addition to giving the wine its characteristic sweetness, produce very unusual body and smoothness and, at the same time, balance the acidity. The result is a gentle, fruity and harmonious wine with an elegant finish. Should be served cold, at a temperature between 5 and 7º C, and is perfect to accompany seafood and white fish.
