GRAPES Barbera 100% VINEYARD Age: 5 years Exposure : west Average altitude :400 m a.s.l. Soil: chalky clay VINTAGE end of September Avearage yield per Ha: 70 q VINIFICATION The grapes are hand selected on the vine,following initial pressing,fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature(30°C) in steel vats. The maceration is 4 days long.
