Vine: 100% long cluster Brachetto of Roero Color: cherry red with faint ruby nuances. Aroma: fragrant and aromatic with floral undertones. Reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Flavor: sweet without being tedious. Strong, pleasant hints of red fruits amplified by fine perlage. Serving temperature: 6° C. Recommended accompanied with: perfect with dry pastries and hazelnut cake. To be consumed by: the year following the harvest. Wine making: partial fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, filtration, second fermentation and bottling.
