It is a white wine, pale yellow with greenish highlights. Fruity aroma plus floral notes for a fresh and enjoyable wine. Delicate and dry on the palate, fresh whit very good acidity that invites you to drink it.The semi-desertic weather of Cafayate Valley, located at 1820 mts. its clear sky and intense brightness are appreciated in the soul of its wines which have unique characteristics in the world, given by the high-altitude fact .

the average age of the plants is 20 years; the irrigation of the rivers of the area together with the underground water layers make up a micro-climate of special features. 1820 meters on level of the sea; average annual rainfall: 90mm; broad temperature amplitude, dry and sunny climate.
Selective, manual and is made when the grapes has reached the best stage of maturity, generally during the last week of February. The point of harvest is determinated by period tastings to obtain the highest level of sugar in the grapes. (more than 14% of graduation). Year 2007
The grapes previously selected, are gently crushed by traditional presses. the stalks are removed during this process and the must (juice and skins) is fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures (15ºc to 18 º c.).
