Tasting Notes:It has a bright and beautiful pink colour. In the nose it is powerful and fruity, with aromas reminding the rose leaves. In the mouth it is easy-to-drink and fresh, showing red fruits like strawberries and raspberries not too ripe.

Vineyard

% of Grape / Cépage:This wines is made out of our own vineyards of the local variety Trepat, which was collected in September 2002.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:The grapes were macerated for a few hours at low temperature in order to get the desired colour, then pressed and sent to fermentation tanks, where the most fermented at a temperature not higher than 22ºC.
