Tasting Notes:Origin : Southern Burgundy, north of Mâcon. From 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-chalky soils. Slopes exposed East, South-East. This round, dry white wine is a fine example of unoaked white wine from Burgundy : full bodied with floral aromas and fruity flavours ; a very pleasant persistence on mild, soft sensations. Best served slightly chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to shellfish, fish, white meats and vegetables dishes.
