This wine was elaborated from hand-picked Macabeo and Airén grape varieties. Grapes did a soaking for 10 hours at a low temperature (10 ºC) for better extraction of aromas. After that grape juice “flor” bleeded and was taken to stainless steel tanks of controlled fermentation. Fermentation took 15 days at temperature that ranged from 12 to 14 ºC. Wine tasting note: Yellow pale colour with light greenish fleshes. Nose of medium intensity with aromas of flowers, white and citric fruits. It has a good acidity, persistence and balance in the mouth.
