Tasting Notes:Colour: ruby red with purple reflections. Bouquet: intense, still fresh. Palate:rich aromas. Reminiscent of dried fruit peach and prunes. This wine goes well with roasts and all strong dishes based on red and boiled meats and game. Very good with strong cheese. Serve at: 18°-20°C.
