Bouquet: fresh and fragrant, scent of fresh fruit when young, plums and dark cherry when aged. Taste: dry, full, well-bodied Serve with: pasta, meat dishes, mixed grill of pork, lamb, chicken, cheese. Serving temperature: 16-20°C.
