Tasting Notes:This wine is presented perfectly by his ruby and scarlet hues. Made from Barbera grapes grown on the sunniest slopes in Diano d'Alba, it has an ample, fragrant bouquet conjuring up roses, plums and jam, and an intense, dry, lingering taste.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation at controleld temperature and maceration of 7-8 days, after slow clarifying it matures for some months in the oak barrels.
