Balanced structure, light body as appropriate for a medium alcoholic strength white wine, well constituted, rather non-astringent, due to the very light pressure used for grape-pressing. Fruity aroma like tree fruits, apple, peach and pear from the Parellada variety. The presentation is in transparent Bordeaux bottle.
Vinya Bohigas White wine is produced with the grape varieties: Xarel.lo and Parellada
The well-differentiated properties of this wine result from the microclimate of the village of Òdena, in contrast with others of the same appellation. The higher altitude gives our wines extra fineness, while the high heat summation of the region yields grape harvests with good acidity from our vineyards despite achieving optimal alcohol content, hence resulting in balanced wines.
