Tasting Notes:It has a nice light cherry colour with purple hints. Very bright. In the nose it is very aromatic, showing red fruits. In the mouth, it is powerful, very fresh and full-bodied. Very elegant and clean finish with a fine and soft aftertaste.

Type of Harvest:It took place in the third week of October, which had a very dry weather and cool temperatures. The grapes were very ripe and healthy.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:This rosé wine is made with fresh most out of the pressure of the red grapes in the tank (“sangrado” method). The most stays in the tank until it has achieved the right colour. Then it is taken out and ferments on its own at controlled temperature.
