Very intense and attractive fuchsia colour of a crystalline aspect. Fruity aromas of strawberries, blackberries and pineapple with floral hints. Smooth entry in the mouth, full-flavoured, fresh and well-structured with a remarkable nose and pleasant aftertaste. It pairs well with ble fish, patés, poultry dishes, vegetables and cookies. Serve at 10-12 ºC (50-54 ºF).

The soil is brown and limy over a sandy loam.
Continental climate with very hot summers and very cold winters, as well with a sharp contrast in temperature between night and day, what favours wines rich in fruit. Precipitation is of some 360 mm, while annual insolation amounts to be about 2.800 hours.

The grapes macerate for some ours with their skins in order to extact colour and aromas. Afterwards the must is taken to a stainless steel tank for its fermentation under controlled temperature. After the fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized before being filtered for bottling.
