Tasting Notes:This Brut cava begins to take shape over a minimum of 24 months ageing in our cellars. Pale yellow in colour, the cava gives off small, persistent bubbles, which form a crown on the surface. Fruity contact with the yeast gives this cava a well-rounded, mature flavour. elegant, with just the right level of acidity. Recommended as an aperitive and to accompany fish and sea food, pasta and rice. Serving temperature: 6ºC Presentation: 75cl, 37.5cl and 1.5 lt
