Tasting Notes:This Chardonnay cava is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from our vineyards, harvested in mid-August and produced using the most modern technology. The secondary fermentation in the bottle, after a minimum of 24 months ageing in our cellars, makes this a top quality cava. Bright, pale yellow colour, with tiny bubbles rising to form a crown at the top of the glass. Slightly fruity flavour typical of this variety. Smooth and elegant, with an excellent structure, this cava is recommended as aperitive or to accompany light dishes, particularly fish and sea food. Serving temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC
