Tasting Notes:Gran Reserva cava, riddled by hand. Aged for a minimum of 40 months in our cellars, this cava is made from a special coupage using classical Panedès varieties and Chardonnay to produce a veritable work of art. Pale yellow in colour. Light bubbles and a persistent aroma give faith to its ageing. Good attack, dry with an extraordinary bouquet. Ideal as an aperitive and to accompany sea food, as well as for strawberry desserts. Serving temperature: 6ºC
