Tasting Notes:It has a dark cherry colour with purple hints, showing its youth and power. In the nose it shows complex and pleasant aromas, very well integrated, toasty and spicy tones within a whole range of ripe fruits. In the mouth, it has ripe tannins as well as a nice feeling of freshness. Nice finish, and long aftertaste.

Type of Harvest:It took place in the second week of October, which had a very dry weather and cool temperatures. The grapes were very ripe and healthy.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:The grapes were macerated for 8 days, and the fermentation took place at controlled temperature of maximum 28ºC. After that, the wine is aged in new American and French oak barrels for 8 months.
