Tasting Notes:Colour: Deep cherry red, very dark. Aromas: The red ripe fruits stand clearly out, combined with the complexity of the toasting and vanilla from the oak. In the mouth, it is very rich full-bodied and powerful with good structure. Long aftertaste.

Vineyard

% of Grape / Cépage:Tempranillo 50% and Bobal 50%

Type of Harvest:Very healthy and ripe grapes. They were collected in the first week of october, cool weather with the first rains of the autumn season.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Half-carbonic maceration of the grapes for eight days, with fermentation at controlled temperatura of 22ºC. Then, aging in small Bordeaux barrels of 225 liters for 3-4 months. American and French oak.
