It has a dark cherry colour, very intense. In the nose it is very rich in aromas, with elegant mineral tones, ripe fruit and coffee. In the mouth, it is tasty, wit good structure and very well balanced. Long aftertaste.
Tempranillo, Bobal y Cabernet Sauvignon.
It took place in the last week of September, which had a very sunny weather and mild temperatures for the Tempranillo, and in the second half of October for the Bobal, with very radical changes in temperatures from day to night. The grapes were very ripe and healthy.
Very long macerations in order to extract the most of colour and aromas. Then, the fermentation took place at controlled temperature of maximum 29º and 27ºC respectively. After that, the wine is aged in new American and French oak barrels for 14 months. Then it stays in the bottle for another 14 months before its final release in the market.
