Massif de la Clape hard limestone scree. Pebble terrace from the Miocene (domain specific).

300 days of sunshine a year, 14°C average temperature, strong influence of the sea that hydrates the vines during the nights of the warm summer.

Grapes are hand picked and selected, totally de-stemmed and the juice is gravity fed into vats.

Cleaned from bad lees twice, cold and slow fermentation.
