GOLD Medal
Awarded GOLD Medal by Bordeaux Aquitaine in 2006. Located in the main heart of the appellation Sainte Foy Bordeaux, vineyards of 14 hectares made this magnificent wine produced surely because of the love and passion of the vigne and wine of Michel Baucé, wine maker and grower...Our vignes are mostly old vignes with around 35 years old. This wine is aged 15 months in French barrels. Please read the personal opinion of Mr Jean karl Louis, French Courtier Juré Expert Piquer de Vins : I was very much surprised by the race and elegant of this wine, of which does not come from a big and well known appellation, but excellently delicious. I found in my tasting the result that its soil can give, with high potential, unique and excellent work of perfection of the wine grower who gives his passion to his wine, eyes, nose, and mouth, a total pleasure, either the red or the white. The vintage 2003 is very strong but high quality and elegant. The notes are very disstinctive by the aromas of fruits, precious wood, vanilla, tobacco, cedre, liquorice, etc... all remarkably present. The mouth is structured and complex, wine that I qualify to be a "true Bordeaux wine".
