Tasting Notes:Pale gold colour. Fine and delicates bubbles. We can observe the best balance sugar/alcohol with many honcyed “legs” (persistent run-out inside the glass) Floral nose; during the aeration, this aroma emits a fruit fragrance of ideal maturity with this characteristic note of glazed, brioche bread. In the mouth, soft and pleasant without aggressiveness, with nice grape-fruit notes. Excellent aperitif wine, wich can also be served with hot oysters, scallops in shells, calf and duck.
