Tasting Notes:Luscious and honeyed; an intensely sweet wine. Ideal climatic conditions resulted in ‘noble rot’ and great concentration of our Vermentino and Macabéo berries. Cool, slow fermentation in new oak barrels has enhanced the characters of apricot, honey and grapefruit zest.
